SHIPPING TIMES
COVID-19 Notice: Some packages may experience a 1-2 week shipping delay, as our logistics partners try to circumvent global lockdowns.
If there's a delay with your orders, just know that we are working with our partners to help clear these packages, as quickly as possible.
HANDLING
All orders will typically be dispatched within 1-3 business days from our warehouse and all orders will include tracking from dispatch to delivery. We do not ship during weekends.
Glam Skin Care is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. It is always in our best interests to make sure you receive your parcel in a timely manner and we will assist as much as possible to trace a missing parcel. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
We will send you a tracking number to your email once the package has been shipped
REFUNDS & RETURNS
If your item arrives damaged or is malfunctioning you can return it and we will cover the shipping. You will need to return it in the condition that you received it in. This refund is valid within 70 days of purchasing. Email us at [email protected] for more details.
If you are unsatisfied with your item you can return it for a full refund under the 70 day warranty, you would have to trial the item for 60 days before exercising this option.
